Welcome to Toyo Tech (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any related communications. By accessing our website or scheduling a service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Toyo Tech provides mobile tire, diagnostic, and repair services, specializing in Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Our tire division services all makes and models. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if conditions are unsafe, if the vehicle is not in a suitable location, or if payment is not received prior to service when required.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Quotes provided by phone, email, or online are estimates and may vary based on inspection or additional parts/services required.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other options as listed on our site.

  • In the event of a failed payment or chargeback, Toyo Tech reserves the right to pursue the owed amount and related costs.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so may result in a service fee. Cancellations due to weather or safety concerns will be rescheduled at no charge.

4. Warranties and Liability
  • Tire mileage warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and proper maintenance (alignment, rotation, inflation, etc.).

  • Diagnostic and repair work includes only the labor and parts listed on your invoice.

  • Toyo Tech is not liable for pre-existing conditions, unrelated vehicle failures, or any damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

To maintain warranty coverage, customers must follow recommended maintenance schedules.

5. Mobile Service Limitations

Our mobile team operates under specific conditions:

  • Safe and level working space is required.

  • Customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible and keys are available at the scheduled time.

  • Toyo Tech reserves the right to decline service at locations that are unsafe, restricted, or non-compliant with local regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Toyo Tech or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material is prohibited.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to hack, or distribute harmful content.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation.
